Ordering and payment
Which countries do you deliver to?
We deliver to 24 European Union countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
Customers in Slovakia are served by our Slovak store at lejaan.sk, and customers in Czechia by lejaan.cz.
What does delivery cost?
Delivery is free on orders of €300 or more. For smaller orders we charge a flat €10.00 for GLS Home Delivery to your address, the same to every country we serve.
You will see the amount at checkout as soon as you enter your address, and again in the order summary before you confirm. The price of the goods already includes VAT.
Are there any customs charges?
No. We ship only within the European Union, so there are no import duties or customs fees. The price you see at checkout includes VAT and is the full amount you pay — nothing further is collected on delivery.
How long will my order take?
We dispatch in-stock orders quickly and will always deliver within 30 days of your order at the very latest. You will get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.
How can I pay?
Card (with 3-D Secure), and the digital wallets shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you order, and we dispatch once it clears. Your invoice arrives by email.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If it has not yet been prepared for dispatch, yes — email customerservice@lejaan.com as soon as possible and we will cancel it free of charge. After dispatch, use the 30-day return process instead.
Sizes and choosing
Which duvet cover size do I need?
Measure your duvet rather than your bed — the cover should match the duvet. Our covers run from 90 × 130 cm for cots up to 240 × 220 cm. Each product page lists every available size, and the Size Guide walks through the standard dimensions.
Will a fitted sheet fit my mattress?
Our fitted sheets are cut for mattresses 18–30 cm deep, with elastic in the corners so they pull taut and stay put. Match the sheet size to your mattress footprint.
What is the difference between a Classic and an Oxford hem?
Classic is a plain edge finished flush with the pillow. Oxford adds a flat border around the pillowcase for a more formal, hotel-like look. The fabric and feel are identical — it is purely a question of finish.
How do I choose between your materials?
Cotton percale is matte, crisp and cool. Cotton sateen is smoother with a soft sheen. Blends with TENCEL™ Lyocell add temperature regulation and moisture wicking, which suits anyone who sleeps warm. Linen blends have a rustic texture that softens with every wash. Every product page lists the exact composition and weight.
Can I see and feel the materials first?
Yes. Order a Sample Kit and we deduct its value from your next purchase within 30 days.
Care
How should I wash my bedding?
Most of our collections take up to 60 °C, but 40 °C is plenty for routine washing and is gentler on the fibres. Skip fabric softener and optical brighteners — they coat the fibres and reduce absorbency. Each product page carries the exact instructions for that material, and so does the label.
Can I tumble dry?
For most cotton and TENCEL™ Lyocell bedding, yes, on a gentle low-temperature cycle. Wool and knitted pieces should be dried flat. Check the product page before you do.
Why does my new bedding feel different after the first wash?
That is the fabric settling. Percale goes softer and slightly more matte, sateen loses its factory sheen, and linen blends relax noticeably. All three are meant to happen, and the fabric keeps improving for many washes.
How do I care for terry towels and bathrobes?
Use a normal dose of liquid detergent for colours, without optical brighteners, and no fabric softener at all — softener is what makes terry stop absorbing. Wash new bathrobes separately for the first few cycles so the colour settles.
Returns and claims
How long do I have to return something?
30 days from receiving your order, no reason needed. Full details on the Returns & Claims page.
Who pays for the return?
You do, if you are simply changing your mind. If the goods are faulty or not as described, we cover the cost.
When do I get my money back?
Within 14 days of telling us you are returning, once we have the parcel or proof that you sent it. The refund goes back to the payment method you used.
Something arrived damaged. What now?
Email customerservice@lejaan.com with your order number and photographs. You have two years from delivery to raise a conformity claim, we handle them within 30 days, and we pay the return postage.

More care questions
How often should I wash my bed linen and towels?
Our fabrics can withstand frequent washing. We recommend washing bed linen every 7–10 days. How often towels need washing depends on use; with normal use, wash them at least every seven days. Each collection has its own detailed care instructions.
Will my bed linen shrink or change shape?
Bed linen shrinks slightly after washing. We allow for this during production so the fabric settles into the right fit. Shrinkage is a natural characteristic of cotton and does not affect the quality of your bed linen. Cotton and cotton blends shrink slightly in the wash and relax again during use.
Should I wash new towels and bathrobes before using them?
Machine wash all terry products at least once before use, at the recommended temperature. Wash towels and bathrobes separately to remove residual dye and manufacturing residue. The first wash also helps secure the loops in the fabric, supporting its durability.
Can I dry my bed linen outdoors?
Turn it inside out and keep it out of direct sunlight. If your bedroom has large windows, use a throw or bedspread to protect the colours from sunlight.
How should I dry knitted throws and cushion covers?
Treat knitted throws and cushion covers as you would your favourite jumper. Do not tumble dry. Lay them flat and leave them to air-dry. Avoid stretching or hanging them, as this can change their shape.
Where are the hanging loops on your towels?
Our cotton and hemp-blend towels have hanging loops in the middle of the shorter edge. This lets the towel hang at its full length and dry more quickly.
