She started a fashion blog 10 years ago and now owns an e-shop with clothes and accessories Bechick.com. Explore the stylish home of Veronika Fendrych Franková – a lover of interior fragrances, Lanzarote and furniture with a story.

Do you have a favorite ritual?

Every Saturday I start in the bathroom with a mud mask. I put on a Lejaan bathrobe, apply it to my face, make coffee and enjoy the weekend, because there is no time for it during the week. That's kind of my little weekend ritual. I'll make a ghost out of myself, get a steam bath, and treat myself to my own facial spa.

A combination of neutral tones and subtle structures.

In your opinion, home is made up of...

The people who live there. That's clear.

Unwanted scenario, but... If your house was on fire, what would you save?

A sofa (laughs). No, definitely documents, my favorite handbag and probably a computer where I have photos full of memories. But I hope that such a scenario doesn't happen. I probably wouldn't know what to take earlier.

What should everyone have at home?

I love interior scents. I think they create a home and an unforgettable memory. When you walk in, you just know you're home. So for me, definitely scents that carry through the apartment and blend into all the rooms.

One More Song & Never Too Late.

Do you have a tip for a specific one?

I'm currently enjoying interior fragrances from Trudon and Diptyque.

Your favorite place in the apartment is...

The study. Because of the Camaleonda sofa by Mario Bellini. I dreamed about this and waited for it for a long time.

And what inspired you when furnishing your home?

I look for inspiration everywhere. In fashion, in design. I like minimalism, of course, but I wanted to highlight some elements at home related to surfing or places we love. For example, we have ceramics from a friend from Lanzarote, who has printed various shells and sand on them. So there is always something that represents a specific place where we have been or traveled.

So your apartment writes your life story and constantly comes to life with the new things you gradually bring into it.

Definitely yes, especially with the iconic ones. For example, the Wassily armchair by Marcel Breuer from the 1970s, which we had restored. Although you can buy a new piece, we preferred to look for the original B3 model by Gavina for about a year. And finally we found it in Budapest. You can't rush these pieces, they'll eventually appear somewhere on their own.

What makes any space cozier?

Definitely accessories. I love vases, pillows, blankets, that's clear. And at my home, it's just that little piece of the journey that always reminds me of a specific situation or beautiful moment.

Your favorite Lejaan product?

I started with Quiet Jungle, so 100% this bedding collection, which is absolutely great. But now I also really like your plaids. I always use them on the terrace when we sit outside in the evening, or also with breakfast with coffee.

And if you had to dream of a Lejaan product that we don't have in our offer yet, what would it be?

You could also produce interior fragrances. For scenting a blanket or pillow.
