For us, sustainability is not just a passing trend, but a true value that permeates everything we do. What are our concrete steps towards a more sustainable world?
TIMELESS COLLECTIONS
We design all our products with quality workmanship and timeless shades in mind. Lejaan's creative director Jana Hučíková thinks about the timelessness of the bedding collections already when initially selecting shades: "We choose the colors of the bedding so that they can be combined with each other. You don't have to buy entire sets, just mix them together and buy only individual covers."

SUSTAINABLE MATERIALS
Lejaan bedding is made by Czech seamstresses from natural materials such as certified organic cotton or lyocell fiber from eucalyptus.
NO BUTTONS AND ZIPPERS
We sew our collections in such a way as not to create unnecessary plastic, so instead of biting zippers and hard buttons, we use special closures inspired by the hotel environment. The miracle called the hotel pocket will fulfill the purpose just like other fastening elements, but unlike plastic, it will serve for many years without accidents. The duvet will stay in place and our bedding is also fully biodegradable thanks to the elimination of buttons and zippers.

LEJAANKY
As another step towards sustainability, we designed Lejaanky, textile bags that we sew from leftover fabrics. We don't waste great materials, while creating practical accessories for every day.

LEJAAN PACKAGING
Our packaging is FSC certified, which confirms that the packaging was made from materials from sustainably managed forests. The ecological packaging option is 100% recyclable. We use paper tape to glue the boxes.

PRODUCTION
Textile materials for all collections of bedding meet international certification, which confirms that the entire production chain respects strict conditions from the first to the last step. No chemicals may be used in the entire process (growing, harvesting, dyeing), so you will not find pesticides, heavy metals or other harmful substances in Lejaan collections.
We see sustainability as a way to slow down, reduce consumption and preserve natural resources, which is how production should proceed. We believe that we can grow as a brand while extending the product life cycle, increasing the value of timeless pieces, and reducing the amount of waste and environmental damage.
