"We felt it was time to take a step into the unknown," say our creative directors Natálie and Aneta when describing the creation of the latest collection of Lejaan accessories. And Bold Overlock is exactly that step - towards greater playfulness, boldness and a distinctive style.

Artefacts for every day

At first glance it is clear that the Bold Overlock throws do not want to merely complement an interior. They want to transform it. Thanks to the striking overlock edge, original abstract patterns and imaginative colours, they become a quiet but powerful artistic element in any room.

"A throw can work like a painting. It draws light onto wood, brings warmth into concrete, softens the edges of metal," the creators of the collection describe its power.

Colours in dialogue

Every composition is carefully balanced between boldness and calm, playfulness and earthiness. "We wanted them to be striking, yet always grounded in a harmony that lasts," explain the creators of the throws, which come in purple-grey, green-blue and beige-brown.

Overlock as artistic framing

And what exactly is overlock? It is a type of prominent stitching that accentuates the edges of a textile. In the case of Bold Overlock it works like a frame for a painting. "It isn't just extra decoration. It is a gesture that underlines the graphic and gives the whole thing a bold outline," say the designers. It is precisely thanks to this that every throw has an even stronger visual presence.

A material made for embracing

The throws are woven from a blend of New Zealand wool and cotton, at a higher weight of 480 g/m². The result? A heavier blanket that feels substantial and wraps you pleasantly. The wool and cotton fibres work naturally with colours, gently illuminating them and creating an effect of depth and texture. As a result, the throws feel vivid even in calm shades.

Reversible design

Every throw is reversible - from both sides it therefore offers a different colour emphasis. Simply flip it and the atmosphere in the room is instantly transformed. "The patterns were created as spontaneous gestures. We wanted the throws to carry movement, life, transformation," add Aneta and Natálie.
